Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If there's an issue with your payment or address, we'll email you before shipping.

Shipping Time

US orders: 7–14 business days
International orders: 10–14 business days

Delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues outside our control.

Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees. These are not included in your order total and are your responsibility to pay. We are not responsible for customs-related shipping delays.

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, contact us at info@duvome.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been sent to the warehouse, we can't guarantee a cancellation. If it's already shipped, you'll need to request a return instead.
