Real recovery takes consistency, so we ask that you give Nirvex a fair chance — one 15-minute session a day, as part of your routine. If after using it daily you decide it isn't for you, contact us at info@duvome.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll give you your money back.

To claim the guarantee, the wrap comes back to us — we'll email you the return instructions. Please send back everything that came in the box, in working condition; normal signs of use are completely fine. Return shipping is paid by you, and if a return arrives damaged or with parts missing, we may adjust the refund.

The guarantee applies to purchases made directly on duvome.com by the customer on record — your order number is your proof of purchase. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, the product price goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping isn't refundable.

12-Month Warranty

Nirvex is covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — the LEDs, the battery and charging, the controls, and the wrap itself under normal use.

If anything fails within 12 months of delivery, email info@duvome.com with your order number, a photo of the wrap and a short video of the fault with the wrap switched on. The two together let our technicians identify the problem — a photo on its own usually can't show it. If it's a defect, we'll make it right with a free replacement. We'll email you a prepaid return label for the faulty unit — once the return is on its way, your replacement ships. There's nothing to register: your order number is your warranty record.

The warranty covers purchases made on duvome.com. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, or damage from misuse, accident, or modification.

Rolled, Never Folded

Nirvex is built to be rolled, not folded. Folding the wrap back on itself creases the panel, and it's the single most common reason these LEDs stop lighting up — so roll it and store it somewhere cool and dry. Fold damage isn't covered by the warranty.

Arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, keep the box and all packaging and send us photos at info@duvome.com. We'll sort out a replacement right away.
